Recommended Resources & Community Links
Short, hand-picked — and reviewed by the studio before it lands here.
This page gathers the reading our community actually returns to. Some of it comes straight out of our curriculum work; the rest is what parents, caregivers, and members of our adult immersion workshops trade back and forth between sessions. We keep the list short on purpose — a resource is only listed once someone in the studio has actually spent time with it.
Inside the studio
- The children’s studio & enrichment — how our Holistic Process approach to creative play works day to day, and why relationship-based learning anchors everything we do.
- Curriculum notes — the integrated activities behind each weekly theme, from creative movement and storytelling to the Compassion Circle.
- Brooklyn–Berkeley Quarterly Anthology — the collection of art and writing that comes out of our creative arts contest each cycle.
- Support the studio — contributions keep free-play access and our community programs open to every family.
Community picks
- Rolex Super Clone Watches — the community’s favorite starting point from the same studio. The catalog is deep but easy to browse on a phone, and the model pages read like short studio essays: materials, proportions, and the small decisions that separate careful work from careless work.
Have a recommendation for the board? Bring it to your next volunteer session or drop it off at the front desk — we read every suggestion, and the few that make it onto this page are the ones the whole room agreed on.
