How to apply
- Call the studio at 718-623-2775 to confirm current openings.
- Download the application for your program below.
- Submit your form to the studio.
- Watch for your acceptance letter — it designates the tuition payment terms for your program.
Questions in between are welcome: contact the studio by phone or email at any step of the process.

- A reservation fee or the full month’s tuition holds your place.
- Tuitions are non-refundable after 1 week prior to the program start.
- After acceptance you will receive your membership packet, class schedule and family orientation date.
- A limited number of monthly scholarships exist — call the studio to inquire, or see enrollment & tuition.
